Hello every one I am going to share my point of view on Mr. Narendra Modi - CM of Gujarat.

Mr Narendra Modi is now a days a very famous character and a very popular  because in many Indian's mind Modi has 2 faces 1) A man of development 

2) main cause of riots in 2002 after Godhra Kand.  

I have to admit that whatever the reason he is now a days most discussed and famous Leader of  Bharatiya Janta party (BJP) . Many people calls him a  man of development  and I agree that he has developed Gujarat.

Now lets come to facts  I am Nirav Dave and I have a field Job in my company . so I have visited almost  50% of Gujarat  for job purpose . and I have completed my B Tech from jaipur city - Rajasthan .

I know what people think about Modi and tells me that Modi has changed face of Gujarat  and  done many things that attracts Industries and created the very good and neat and clean cities in gujarat. 

I always dined them and I always ask them to come to my home town. you will see the development . During my job I have seen many parts of Gujarat from cities to a very small villages  and I have come to knowledge that he has only developed Big cities  like Ahmedabad , vadodara , and Surat.  and if you go to rural parts of these cities  you will find  a very big gape of development between villages and cities.

Mr. Narendra Modi is a No dough  a  very energetic leader and his speeches make people belive in him . 

Now lets go to Current conditions of Gujarat according to me these are only facts  and experience of mine.

1. even though Gujarat has India's longest sea coast and very big ports like khambhat ,kandala,surat, mundra ,alang  none of the port and city is developed like Bombay  , Kolkatta  ,Cochine .

2. I have traveled  to Surat ,ahmedabad , rajkot , bhuj etc. but I found that Jaipur is more developed and less costlier then these cities . 

3. In Saurastra region still there is a problem of Drinking water .  

4. In every monsoon we read a NEWS that  Narmada Chanel is broken due to bad construction work. 

5.  In North Gujarat Mr. Modi has Given land at the rate of 10 rs / sq feet to his friend and Industrialist Mr Adani.

6. In 2002 Gujarat Riots ware going on he  was able to control the riots but he didn't  and  suspended Mr . Sanjiv Bhatt  who was IAS officer of Ahmedabad. 

Now  lets go to other expacts of elections of Gujarat .

He was the main candidate selector of  Vidhansabha  and if you see the candidates  of BJP and Congress you will see that  congress candidates are more polite and well educated  as compared to BJP's candidate . Many BJP candidates have many criminal records since starting . and even though Modi gave them tickets .

Why Modi is so popular ??????

Now lets talk about his Publicity .

Point 1: If you see he is more popular in Cities then in villages . because according to me Mr. Modi has only concentrated on   advertisement of so called development of Cities .

It is said that "If Modi gives 1 Rs to a person he spends  1000 Rs for publicity " 

One more thing  as he knows that he has more support from Urban areas he keeps developing urban areas and ignores small villages .

let me give you an example:

"In cities people to land ratio is higher. For example in one small area of a big city like Ahmedabad or Vadodara  around 10000-30000 people lives. while in a one village maximum of 100-500 people lives so he can easily ignore many small villages because Cities are voting for BJP sorry Modi ." 

point 2: Modi is a very good speaker and he can speak lies with so much confidence that people believes whatever he says. 

and he never misses a single chance of Publicity . 

While I was in Jaipur I hear that "Surat is a very clean city and when you wake up you will not see a single dust or bag on road  " but when I went to Surat for job work I found it totally wrong and found that Jaipur and Udaipur are very well developed and  more clean then Surat and Ahmedabad.

Point 3: Mainly Gujarati people are business person and goes around India for their business purpose. Again those people who are going out of Gujarat for business are also come from big Cities like Ahmedabad and Surat. So as I wrote earlier city people of Gujarat talks about Mr. Modi's Achivements of Gujarat. and Thus he gets popularity .
